Usually I wake up at 7:30, after a delicious shower I go to the kitchen to prepare a breakfast. I like the strong coffe made in Italian cofee maker with wholemeal with butter or avocado or tomatoe, it depends on the availability. Then I wash my mouth and a last visit to the restroom. A few minutes later I take my bag and go on foot to my office. It's very nice to move on foot. I walk relaxed listening radio or mp3 files and after 15 minute I arrive to my job place.
In the company I check the emails, I schedule the tasks of the day, make phone calls pending, and I do a lot of things related with the sale and purchase of materials.
What else??
When I didn't have this classes, usually left the office at 7 pm, and at this seasson I did running. When I'm not running I meet with friends or I practice electric guitar.
In the night, I like to cook with my girlfriend some light food like salads with soy. It's the moment we can share relaxed and I really love it.

mchacon Dear Cristián, here are my corrections: I usually wake up....to prepare breakfast not a breakfas (if you use a breakfas you are talking about a particular one, otherwise is the general knowledge of having something to eat).. made in an Italian..... listening to the readio..... to my work place not job (please check the difference between the word job and work, so that you will understand when to use one ot the other)... we can share a relaxed time or moment. Very good writing!! Congrats!! Keep trying and improving! Check those few mistakes you made!
