A week end of rock

The last saturday is an unforgettable day, I saw to Yo La Tengo, Queens of The Stone Age and, last but not least, Pixies. I arrived to Club Hipico at 5:45 and Yo La Tengo had just began to play, so I had to run to the red stage to take a good place in the field. The sound wasn't the best but I enjoyed the show. I like the use of distorsion and harmony they do with the guitars and keyboards.

Then, after one hour later, at the other stage, the green, begun the show of QOTSA, really I haven't listened their last records since Rated R edited at 2000, so I was very curious about them, and I wasn't dissapointed. The show had an incredible energy and good songs, so I going to download all his records.

When the sunlight had gone, at 8.00 very o'clock, begun the show of Pixies, my favourite band of the last 80's and former 90's and the bass player, Kim Deal, was my impossible love....

That was an epiphanic experience. I wasn't able to believe I was looking to my idols. They played songs of all his records, the lead singer, Black Francis has yet a powerful voice, the guitar player Joey Santiago killed his Gibson, the drummer and the bass player had an incredible machine of rhythm.

When the show finished after one hour and half, I was very very happy, so now I can go to the grave.

mchacon Dear Cristian here are my corrections,

Last Saturday not the last Saturday.....was an unforgetable day...I saw 'Yo la tengo'....then after an hour (erase later)...so I am going to download....at 8 o'clock not very...of the late 80's.... was my dreamed love...looking at my idols...songs from all their records....rhythm machine... an hour and a half, so now I am ready to die or go to my grave!

Sounds like a very nice experience! Well written, good effort and hope you keep improving, you are doing well! Congrats! Check the mistakes you made and see if you understand why is it that you made them, if not let me know so that I may explain them to you in more depth.

    Cristián Hello Marcela

I don't drive the use of "to" and "at". In several phrases I do the same error, so I would like to know if there are rules for their use.

    Thank you for your help!!

    Cristián.
