The Court of justice of Temuco, accepted this Tuesday an appeal for protecction filed by Indian Mapuche community, Mateo Ñirimil, against the police for a series of spets taken in a rural Mapuche school. The resolution say that the way of the spets were ejecuted, that include questions during school hours by the police, which violates the Constitutional guarantee of Article 19 No.1 of the Constitution of the Repucblic of Chile, ie the right to life, physical and psychological integrity of children by the way the operations performed. The Court ordened to police cease all operations of this type, except with the relevant judicial authority.
