Several years go, Santiago use to have 4 seasons, just like other parts of the world at the same latitude.

Now, we have a hard and long summer, with temperatures reaching 35°C and cold winter with low temperature, as low as 0°C and even sometimes goes below.

This may not sound like a really high and low temperatures, but the effect of the low humidity, makes you feel much heat and cold than in other places.

So, since August until April, you have to use sun glasses and off course, a lot of sun protection cream.
